Day 526: Good Morning

If I get up at 7:30am it's typically just to go to the bathroom but this time I stayed up. The view from my pillow looked like snow. My feet are stuck close the the heating vent which Pye vacated for a sunny window. The diesel heater kept Karma warm all night.

I seem to be down to one pair of reading glasses, when I started the trip with three. There's probably one in the bed somewhere.

I trimmed the new scarves I added to my curtains and am plotting my next three nights ... based on information I don't yet have ... with no fretting as I did that first year on the road.

I will have my cup of tea with the ancestors and then head to New Jersey to stay with a friend I met thru Boondockers Welcome. Then it will probably be parking lots and truck stops in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
