DAY 378: Heat Wave
Seems there is a heat wave going on in Florida. At the DeLand Farmers and Flea Market it was 83 degrees. I had a blast with Jennifer, the friend I made this time last year when I was stuck in the garage parking lot getting a transmission. We had a late breakfast there, walked up and down as many rows as possible and got lunch to go along with vegetables and great deals. My three finds were a string of three small old bells, a new lightweight cotton dress that makes me think of Florida, and a small old metal school bus. I also got a slight sunburn, making taking a nap on flannel sheets somewhat uncomfortable here at a beautiful Boondockers Welcome location with a wonderful host. I can’t get WiFi on the bus, so I am on a patio keeping this short to get it up before another bug I can’t see sees me.
