DAY 387: Memories
I’d be getting home about now had we stayed at the Skoolie Swarm until the end, but instead we came home yesterday afternoon – the convoy of three that started out together – driving west into a sun pushing temperatures into the mid-80s. By playing follow the leader, I could enjoy the ride without having to navigate. The long shower in the building in the trees, ending with a minute of cold water, did little to cool me off. It took a long time to unwind and go to sleep. A nap might be in my future.
I’m still buzzing from a whole week of witching out loud, making me long for pagan festivals to be held again where and when I can attend … and vend.
Other women, and a couple of men, inspired me to add more color to my hair, so be watching for that this spring.
I returned to the hideout in Trenton, FL where I plan to stay a week while getting some work done remodeling Karma. I’ll be telling you the story of regret I’ve been calling “Two Chairs and a Table.” Then I’ll head back to Jesup, GA for a couple of weeks while I plan a route north.
