DAY 640: The Party’s Over
My last two days at the swarm were taxing both because of the heat and the stress. My bus wouldn’t start again, and then my solar blew a fuse in the middle of the night and I had no replacement. Those last two nights at the gathering (pictured) I got very little sleep, making it more difficult to cope. I figured out it’s tomorrow’s dark moon in Pisces that was kicking my ass, just as the Pisces full moon did months ago. All is well. I got all the help I needed, from fuses to getting my water jugs filled to putting some juice back in my battery. My leaving was earlier than anticipated and hectic, getting up to a power source to fully charge my battery because clouds and rain were not going to offer much. Besides the lack of sleep, the energy shift as people began leaving Saturday was marked. Sunday it felt the same way as when a sacred circle would be opened after a weekend retreat. It poured out, and I felt drained.
I did have a small after party at the Love’s truck stop in Ocala when a new young friend and her husband met here for dinner, readings, conversation, giving, and receiving. (More on that in a future post.)
The tarot card I pulled this morning suggested perhaps it was time I left my little island and joined the rest of the world. And so it is. I will pack up6+9, try to pay a few bills and do a reading before I roll on out to meet up with Jennifer, who befriended me two years ago when I spent six weeks in a parking lot getting my upgraded transmission installed. A huge flea market, the spiritual community in Cassadaga, and other adventures await. I am happy you are coming along.
