DAY 685: Wild Weather
As I write this, we are having a massive thunderstorm that added hail for several minutes. I had just reached up to put a plate on the hood, holding six of my largest crystals and a bowl to collect rain, when the skies opened up. I found myself screaming with delight as that raw energy swirled around me in a Walmart parking lot in Dehlgren, Virginia. Lightening, thunder, and the rain keeps coming down harder and harder. I’m positively giddy still. Oh blessed goddess - more hail!!! My poor solar panels.
(I hit pause here, realizing it’s not like I’m reporting breaking news. So I kicked my feet out in the hammock chair and let the storm wash over me to the point I was disoriented. And then as it was letting up, the lightening and thunder rolled back in for a second act. I’m taking an intermission before getting back to the storm that promises to continue even as I make another round of spell bottles. Tonight’s are for attracting abundance, wealth and money. Between the full moon and the storm, they are sure to be powerful.)
My driving skills were also powerful today, squeezed on old city streets, and made to find four parking spaces in a row when there weren’t four to be had for blocks and blocks. I gave up and looked for another UPS Store in a town that wasn’t much better, but I did manage to get within half a block and around the corner. It’s more forms for my continuing saga with registering Karma. I much prefer lonely country roads. But getting to the beach in the late afternoon was nice. I spent hours picking at pebbles and meditating to the soft lapping of the small waves.
