Belated for both our birthdays, the friend who has known me the longest and I exchanged gifts. The hippie gnome she knit me has purple braids and an outfit I would wear. And I made for her a mojo bag to get her through her #5 personal per (per Louise Hay). I wrapped it in a regifted scarf she is convinced can be used for a dress. We carried on as if there hadn’t been seven months between visits, and … the cauldron is bubbling: she is considering buying a pop-up for her back yard, and had a folding table. For sure, the goddess is alive and magic is afoot!

The gift of awareness has come from continued use of Womanrunes by Molly Remer (mentioned in a previous post). I am finding they now tie together cards I pull from the #20DaysOfGoddess deck, also by Molly Remer, and cards I pull from other decks, most frequently Everyday Witch tarot or oracle by Deborah Blake. It really became intense when I began using liquid eyeliner to draw the symbol I choose in the morning onto my wrist. It heightened my awareness of woman spirit knowledge and goddess wisdom all around me. You can read more about them here.
