July 26: Four? Or More?
This is my fourth summer with my sister, Monica. Time passed quickly while I finished writing my pieces for Pagan Pages, and now I’m in a holding pattern about my next move. Literally. As in I may not be back next summer. I am waiting to see what falls together and what falls apart. There are a few short trips, perhaps with some sightseeing, once the bus finally gets registered. There were also those I said we’d meet up in New Hampshire, and of course, have long lost the notebook with those names. I don’t plan to head south until September 2ish.
I’ve been into town twice, and another time to the post office. Most of the world stays on the other side of the gate. I have enjoyed wild storms, feeding carrots to the horses, reading, visits from the dogs, and meditating to stay in the moment while releasing the last of everything I began letting go of at the full moon.
Thank you for following along. Blessings for the dark moon and the coming of Lughnasadh.
