DAY 1073: Making More Mother Water

Today was the fourth time I worked with a former coven sister to combine our collection waters stored in dozens of jars and bottles. Not just any water. Full Blood Wolf Lunar Eclipse rain water, water from the lake where we celebrated Mabon, water from the White Branch of the Chalice Well, Jordan River water, dark moon in Pisces melted snow ... and the list goes on for pages. There are more than a hundred sources collected from three continents over nearly three decades.

We also combined five bottles of salt water from Maine to Key West.

The first time we did this, we passed out little bottles of Mother Water and asked people to pour it into moving water with a blessing. The next time we did it we asked people to put it over tree roots with a blessing. The third time it was done as part of a Mabon retreat. This time we're going back to asking people to pour the Mother Water into moving water with a blessing. (If you have a special blessing that would be appropriate, please share!)
