Where does the time go?

Thursday I took advantage of the new moon in Capricorn and 1-11 energy to set intentions stretching until the moon goes full in Capricorn on June 21. If you guessed that one of them is to be living off grid in Karmalita, you are right.

I begin the process of "moving" to Florida using a mail forwarding service that also gives me a street address I can use to establish residency. There are a lot of forms and phone calls I am slowly making my way through. Before my birthday next month, I will take Karmalita to get registered, get my driver’s license, and register to vote. Karma will remain parked in Georgia, unregistered but insured.

Reluctantly I have begun another purge because it became clear standing inside Karmalita that about half of what I intended to put in will not fit. What has to fit are the composting toilet, diesel heater, under body boxes, lights, and extension cord – all on order.

The latest glitches are that I can't get in the driver's seat without a lower step and grab handles ... and the ceiling turns out to be aluminum, making all the magnets I have useless. This is a major disappointment that requires a creative solution.

Oh, lastly, it turned out the driver's seat I got from the junk yard is unusable because it can't accommodate the fuse box found hidden beneath the old seat. Much searching far and wide turned up no other seat that would work, so the beat up one that came out got taken to a local upholster. I will be picking it up tomorrow. Guess what color it is.
