February 3: Mirror Mirror On The Bus
Mirror mirror on the bus
This crew fixed them without a fuss
It started with one, then it was two, and soon all five. These friends worked into the night, removing the mirrors, forcing the dent out of the outer skin, and returning all three to their proper position. The skoolie community is like that. It's a diverse family whose members are passionate about their builds and are drawn to a nomadic lifestyle. They are self-sufficient, creative, share a love of nature, and tend to be environmentally conscious.
These friends also contributed information helping me get to a garage me find a garage that will diagnose Karmalita's braking tomorrow and hopefully make the repairs so I can continue my trip to deliver packages to the friend of a friend. From there, I want to explore the Gulf coast, but it's out of my comfort zone. So is my desire to continue west and north. I am stubbornly pushing ahead while still hoping to find some traveling partners.
Being astrological Imbolc, I will burn the white intention candle and the incense I made Saturday, and commune with Brigid while nibbling organic blackberries and oatmeal cookies. Blessings to you all.
