DAY 865: Full Moon

Tonight’s full moon was again bright enough to cast dark shadows.

I spent most of the day hanging charms on grapevine wreaths I had woven, soaked, shaped, and dried. I am hoping to sell them to a local metaphysical shop, or ship them back north where there are two stores that will likely take them. (Message me if you’d like me to customize one of the last few.)

And just now, I’ve been looking at the spot in Vero Beach I plan to spend my days between the eve of the Winter Solstice and New Year’s Eve - known as Yuletide, 12 days the Celts believed the sun stood still. Nights will be spent at Walmart, Cracker Barrel, The Home Depot, etc.

Tomorrow it’s on to Yule cards, and some serious packing for Monday’s departure from the homestead.
