DAY 1181: Good-bye '23

Today was full. One of those that was just right all the way around, top to bottom, start to finish. A wonderful way to end a difficult year.

I finally added sleeves to a denim vest – a hand-sewing project I have been carrying around for two years. And I was part of Happy Hair Day. I looked back through nearly a year's worth of monthly journals. I went to the bonfire, enjoyed socializing with everyone from babies to two-handed drinkers. Then I meditated for peace as part of a 24-hour vigil.

Life is good.
