DAY 964: Friends Become Friends

I get all gooey when individuals from different parts of my life meet and hit it off. The latest were Jennifer and Jennifer. I’ve known one for four years, the other for four months … long enough to know they had common interests. When they did meet up, it was hugs and selfies, and a promise to keep in touch.

It also works in reverse. Well, not exactly reverse. For instance, Barbara has know Rita and me for years … and it wasn’t until two weeks ago Rita and I finally met. And hit it off. Turns out we had 36 friends in common.

Here’s hoping I’ll meet more of you.
