DAY 1031: Friends, Family, and Future

I have been blessed to spend time with family and friends who are family. Some are pictured here, others live in my memory. Looking ahead I see two weeks packed with travel, people and happenings. Beyond that I see the stress of change, the labor of moving, the pain that comes with releasing. When I am not able to stay in the present moment, I practice feeling the joy and freedom I know from experience come after the transformation and grieving. LoL. Now you can see why, when I get like this, I need those who know me to pull me back to the present, to remind me to ground, to trust.

So much has changed since I shattered approaching Day 1000 on the road.
