October 1: My Journey Begins Tomorrow

I have so many emotions on this dark moon. The rest of this evening will be spent finishing a treasure chest for the dragon that is wrapped around Karmalita and securing her contents for travel tomorrow. This past week I have been sharing precious moments, meals, and hugs with family and friends before striking out tomorrow on my journey south and then west where I plan to spend the winter.
